Our paper entitled: "Creating a high performing team - A case study of the Culzean wells team program integrating technical and non-technical skills to enhance team safety and performance" has been accepted for presentation at the IADC Drilling HSE&T conference in September, 2018.
The project to design and implement the programme was a collaboration between PFC, Maersk Oil, and Maersk Drilling.
